Our Policies

  1. Delivery Area: Our delivery area currently includes the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland and Northern Maryland. Free delivery is based on a 15 mile radius from our warehouse location (based on Mapquest.com directions). We will continue to expand our delivery area in the future.
  2. Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions: Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our “Rental Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risks” and “Safety Rules & Operating Instructions”. Please read over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. You must fax the signed rental agreement and signed safety rules check list back to us within 3 business days to secure your reservation. The fax number is 301-396-8545.
  3. Rain/Weather Policy: There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event canceled due to of rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place by 7 am on the morning of the event. If you do not contact us to cancel by this time, no refund will be given but a credit for the amount charged will be retained for your future use. After 7 am  on delivery day, if we determine it is unsafe to set up due to weather or arrive at your home and find other yard hazards preventing or making set up unsafe, we will issue a credit for your future use. We reserve the right to discontinue the use of any unit in bad weather where we must pick up ahead of schedule and will not be held liable for time lost in these cases.
  4. Deposits: A 10% deposit for orders $500-$999, 20% deposit for orders $1000-$1999, 50% deposit for orders greater than $2000. No deposit required on smaller orders. Deposits should be paid by credit card via the telephone or by check and mailed to 14 J Irongate Drive Waldorf, MD 20602.
  5. Methods of Payment: Cash, Visa, Master, Discover Card, American Express, business or corporate checks. All checks are cleared through Tele Check merchant services and the day of the event and will not be accepted if they are unable to be approved. You must have your driver's license available for verication as well.
  6. Rental Periods: All rentals are for 6 hours, overnight rentals can be arranged in secure or fenced in areas for an additional fee of $50. The unit must be accessible to Bizzy Bounce staff for pick up by 10 am the following morning.
  7. Yard Requirements: The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. We do not take our products up/down steps, hills or steep inclines to set up. If you rent an inflatable and our delivery team encounters one of these hazards which will impede or prevent set up we will set up in the next best location on the property as determined by our staff. In the event the entire location is unsuitable for set up we will cancel and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, as it is the consumers responsibility to read and know these policies before placing an order. Units can not be set up on your neighbors property or public property w/o express written consent and a signature from the responsible party for that property.
  8. Electrical Requirements: We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
  9. Substitutions: From time to time bounces are damaged or picked up in otherwise unusable conditions causing the need to substitute your requested item. We will make every effort to contact you to allow you to make the 2nd choice decision and if you can not be located we will make the decision for you. In the event this occurs, which it is very rare, we will discount the substituted unit for the inconvenience you have suffered. We will not be held responsible for this inconvenience in any other manner. We reserve the right to refuse service at any event, if in our staffs opinion, it would not be safe to set up or allow the use of our equipment.
  10. Rental Unit Problems: In the event of any problems with the operation of the rental unit(s), it is the client's responsibilty to contact the company immediately at 240-398-1562 . If there is no answer, you must leave a detailed message with the name of the renter, location of the unit, contact phone number, and the problem with the unit(s) operation. We will make every effort to respond via telephone or in person to your location immediately and rectify the problem. If we can not respond via telephone or in person, we will prorate your usage of the unit.
